I have a coworker who made a component layout they would like me to use in my current Ignition project. Will it mess anything up if I import the .proj file he sent me into my current project? Or would I need to re-create this component manually within my project? He is working on the same version of Ignition as I am.

If you're actively in the designer looking at your own project, when you import their .proj you'll be given the opportunity to select what resources you want to import.

Perfect. So I can just select the component he made. I was afraid that it would potentially override my current project.
