I have a UDT which is used on many different devices (about 100+). One feature built into this UDT are email alarm notifications which identify the device, and the issue.

The problem I’m having is that _sometimes_ I receive email alarms which are “blank” - ie look like the default alarm notification. If I go to the alarm status table and look at the timestamp I can confirm that there was a valid alarm. It’s just that the email notification was not sent properly. This happens very intermittently - ie sometimes I have no issues getting clear notifications, and other times they come in “blank”. Again, I’m using the same UDT for everything.

Please see attached screenshots. If anyone has any advice it would be appreciated!
