We’re trying to view our ycam cameras using the ip camera viewer but after we set the url the camera connects, we can see the video, but after a few minutes it goes black and shows the error
“IOException: Premature EOF”

Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks

The premature EOF exception generally occurs in situations where a connection to a particular application server connection was lost. This could have been caused by the camera becoming unavailable or a network reliability issue. Are you still experiencing this issue?
