# Iphone 11pro and Iphone 7 plus cannot login to Ignition perspective

Hello everyone,  
Please advise me about the problem of Ignition perspective 1.0.13 can login to view the perspective project with Iphone 11pro and Iphone 7plus.  
Do we have some setting on mobile phone before login?
