Hello,  
Is it possible to write something like [Overleaf](https://www.overleaf.com/latex/examples/listings-code-style-for-html5-css-html-javascript/htstpdbpnpmt) which is HTML and JS based in Ignition perspectives?

yes with  
web dev module  
or creating your own module

you can also inject html in the iframe as a string (not recommended)
