Hi, I'm having some issues with receiving SMS messages.
I'm using a Siera wireless SMS modem LX40.
My costumers complain that in case of a big number of alarms received in one time, for example after a power break, they receive the SMS messages with a delay of several hours.
In case of a small number of alarms, they don't have that issue.
Is there some parameter in the module configuration I need to set?
Thanks

Check you have consolidation enabled.
Consolidation will delay the SMS for a set time and combine the notifications to send less individual messages, this will decrease the size of the queue of SMS needing to be sent in bulk notification events.
