Hi All,

Fairly new to Ignition.

A facility we are supporting has got an issue: trends have basically flat lined over the last few days. (I had opened up another topic regarding this.)

PostgreSQL is being used in the project. Here's the Store and Forward:

 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/inductiveautomation/original/3X/3/3/335a1ac53cbf7699d14f01fd6cd46eaaf6ecc125.png)

Here are the details on the 'Local' database:

 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/inductiveautomation/original/3X/7/a/7addc54f42dd53085eca7af9dbe8b675c85211c9.png)

The reason is given as:
'java.sql.BatchUpdateException: Batch entry 0 INSERT INTO sqlt\_data\_1\_2025\_02("tagid", "intvalue", "floatvalue", "stringvalue", "datevalue", "dataintegrity", "t\_stamp") VALUES(258,NULL,196.47900390625,NULL,NULL,192,1738453254079) was aborted: ERROR: relation "sqlt\_data\_1\_2025\_02" does not exist Position: 13 Call getNextException to see other errors in the batch'

I could view relation 'sqlt\_data\_1\_2025\_02' via the Database Query Browser yesterday:

 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/inductiveautomation/original/3X/b/0/b0e1211a387aa6ebc3bb59b6153c87c937311e1f.png)
But today I can't view the schema on the list:
 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/inductiveautomation/original/3X/f/1/f144f1e75ab7b2058589c89567d30a5a51798ae9.png)
When I try to create the schema, I get an error that the schema of the same name already exists.

Has anyone come across this? Is there a remedy?

Best Regards,
Sasi Rai

You should open a support ticket. You have complex problems, and probably more breakage in your DB than is currently obvious.

Hi pturmel,

Agreed. I will be pushing it up the pecking order. Cheers.
