# Keyboard doesn't appear on tablet mode+automatic full screen on startup

Hi,

I have a SCADA HMI that has been configured to automatically open Chrome on full screen and show ignition as a url. The HMI settings are enabled on tablet mode. However when a user operator needs to sign in as a different user on the ignition scada, the HMIs keyboard doesn’t appear as a pop up as it did before I selected the automatic start up full screen features. Any ideas/suggestions would be highly appreciated.
