# Kymera Systems Twilio Voice

Hi, I am trying to set up an sms and voice notification pipeline using the Kymera Systems Module, I have the sms alerts working. However the voice notifications do not appear to be working, the notification block doesn’t send any requests to twilio. I noticed in the logs the following error: **com.twilio.sdk.TwilioRestException: StatusCallback is not valid: _gateway-address_/twilio/voice/default-voice/stat/0**. I am unsure if this is what is causing the alarm pipeline to fail to send any request to twilio. Additionally, the configured external hostname is the same as my ignition landing page so i am unsure why this error is even occurring.
