Hi, Has anyone encounter an license issue where upgrading from version 7 to 8.1 hitting reactivate it doesn't update the license. I did unactivated but I think that was a mistake it did not created a file or anything and now when I try to reactivate it it give me an error "Unable to process activation request" I know it is the weekend I hope someone from inductive automation is watching the forum. Since I have 2 hrs windows to do this upgrade while they are not running production. Thanks ---

Did you make sure your license was v8.1 compatible? If not, you'll need to go back to v7.9 and try again on a different outage window. ---
