I just upgraded to 7.9.11 LTS and noticed intermittent errors in the log:

No scan class information found for tags. All returned data will be bad quality.

I turned Tags.History.Query.DataLoader.DB to DEBUG:

The offending tag does not exist:

Is there a way I can rebuild the historian tag list, or otherwise somehow determine which tags in the historian are no longer valid? I have many thousands of tags, so individually checking them would be a challenge.
