# Log file has 1000's of these errors

Can someone explain these errors

Do you have any of the Cirrus Link MQTT modules installed, or some other 3rd party module?

Well, if you’re not on the latest versions, try that. Otherwise maybe @wes0johnson knows what those mean or you can contact CL support.

These messages indicate an MQTT client is sending a malformed MQTT message. Are you using any third party MQTT clients (i.e. non-Cirrus Link clients)? I would suggest opening a support ticket by emailing this error log to [support@cirrus-link.com](mailto:support@cirrus-link.com) along with any context about your setup.
