Hello,

I have two access points in my SCADA application. One is an HMI station on the factory and one station in the management centre. I would like the station on the factory to operate in HMI station mode and not have to log in to it every time a device is switched off, time etc. - continuous operation and a logged-in user in viewer mode.

The second station is the station with the rights to modify and set up actions and should be protected by a password and login. My question is whether it is possible to implement both password-protected user and public login without user account - automatically?

Michał

Yes, via security zones.

One based on the IP address of the on-machine HMI (presumably on the same LAN as the HMI), the other based on authentication.

I set security zones in my gateway and marked it in the project settings.

I only manage to get the effect when I am logged into the Web Gateway startup page in the browser.

When I am logged out of it - authentication in perspective is still required does anyone know what the problem could be?
