# Login Failed as an Admin!

Hello

Can anyone help me? why I cannot login as admin, although i am SURE using the correct and username password, which I have been using it throughout all training and after?

I was setting up Alarm Notification and pipline, I managed to send email but when the trial expires, I tried to log in with no success, other accounts can login but not the admin account where I can configure the gateway

I suspect caps lock was active or inactive at an opportune time.

Thanks! I do not think so though, as the same pass was filled in automatically, saved in the browser. sounds was a glimpse

Note that there are some [Lockout parameters](https://docs.inductiveautomation.com/docs/8.1/platform/security/classic-authentication-strategy#main-properties) in the security configuration. The defaults will lockout an account for 15 minutes after 5 repeated authentication failures.
