# Login screen not shown

Huh, I’ve got no idea why it’s not showing up. Maybe a graphics related issue?

You could try changing `false` to `true` for the `sun.java2d.d3d` in the big command… also try wiping out the entire `~/.ignition/cache` directory.

Was hoping there would be an obvious error and it would turn out something [like this post](https://forum.inductiveautomation.com/t/mac-osx-10-15-3-launcher-never-opens-designer/34806).
