Hello,

We have a client that wants to log all maintenance on the machines.

We would like a system where some1 can make a request for maintenance so their actions on ignition are:

Create order
Select machine
Description of maintenance etc etc

At the end we need to have an overview of all maintenance that has been done on a specific machine.

I can create something like this using SQL but it’s going to take some time. So before starting I would like to know if there is something similar already created in igntion or applications build into ignition that we can buy?

Thanks in advance!

You might want to look at the OEE 2.0 module from Sepasoft. Specifically production scheduling. Maintenance scheduling is part of that.
