Ignition 8.1.42

We have an issue with the performance. The CPU goes very high 4 to 5 times per day and we need to restart,

I'd like to be able to do a memory dump and send it to the IA support for analysis.

In order to do that I need to install the JDK.

Which JDK should I install and where do I fin dit?

Thanks,.

You should ask support to guide you. Answers are platform dependent and java version dependent.

Diagnostics bundle can be configured to include a memory dump as well: [Status | Ignition User Manual](https://docs.inductiveautomation.com/docs/8.1/platform/gateway/status#diagnostic-bundle-export)
