# MES perspective components not found

I have installed Ignition 8.1.32 and MES sepasoft Module. I followed the installation procedure stated in the manual. I have done the installation twice in the environment.

I still get a black blank object showing

1. "mes.production.batchselector not found"
2. "mes.batch.batchRecipeMonitor not found"

Need help to fix this issue

Try to restart all Sepasoft modules from gateway.. it happened to me as well.

I've also encountered this - in my case, the fix was to follow the instructions shown in the link below.

It amounts to a setting required on the MES database:

ALTER DATABASE MyAnalysisDBName SET READ\_COMMITTED\_SNAPSHOT ON

After restarting the gateway, the components started working and the MES\_Scripts in the designer became visible.
