Just curious if there is a more recent version of Embr-Charts that has the smoothiecharts built into it?

No, the Smoothie Charts feature never got merged. I wasn’t 100% happy with it, and it didn’t seem like there was much community interest.

I’m open to revisiting it though. What’s your use case? Sparklines?

I’ve got some high speed data streams (C37.118) that we want to visualize when we are paralleling different power sources (generators, batteries, utility). Did a demo with your smoothing charts and the smooth buffered animation looks really good and wasn’t a choppy update like all of the other graphs.

How were you updating the chart? Were you using the `onChartUpdate` event, or something else?

I ask because I've got like 3 different unique drafts of the component stashed away, and they all have very different update models.

Onchartupdate was nice, but whichever method you think is best I’ll make it work.

This module currently (`Embr-Charts-Ignition83-6.0.1`) supports all `8.3` versions.

That just means you don't have their license for access to customer support, base functionality is free/no license.

on a different note, is the line chart not able to display time series data? or it can, but what properties do I configure? It seems that the apex chart configurations do not work here.

Edit: nvm, found the property under the scale to do that

I agree that 'unsupported' in the context of our world usually means you shouldn't be using it as it hasn't been tested and proved for the version/os/etc you're using it in. I would relabel to maybe "Community Ed." or "No SLA" or similar

Yeah, I've gotten a lot of questions about this wording 🙃 I've been thinking about changing it for a while now.
