# My upgrading experience to 8.3

This is an issue we are aware of and it is in the queue to be fixed. No specific release has been identified, but the internal ticket number is IGN-14592.

Try updating the MySQL Connector. Here's the official page where you can download the updated Connector ([https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/j/](https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/j/)). If your operating system is Windows, select "platform independent".

Download the ZIP file option. Select "Extract Here" from the ZIP file and copy the extracted folder to the following location ( **C:\Program Files\Inductive Automation\Ignition\data\config\resources\core\ignition\database-driver** ).

Next, you will access the "Ignition Gateway" and go to "Database Settings" (Connection → Databases → Settings) and edit the MySQL connector.

On the screen that opens, click the "Choose File" button in the "JAR File(s)" section. Navigate to the folder you saved in ( **C:\Program Files\Inductive Automation\Ignition\data\config\resources\core\ignition\database-driver** ) and open the .JAR file. Then click "Save Changes" and check if "UNHEALTHY" has disappeared.
