# Native App (Mobile App) refreshes/reloads when you connect/disconnect a handheld scanner

Has anyone encountered something on the tablet such that the perspective ignition app reloads everytime you connect/disconnect a handheld scanner that is paired via bluetooth? I am using a Samsung tablet and a Honeywell Barcode Scanner (Granit 1981i).
