# Need the solution related to Ignition gateway Log in

I attempted to restore a backup file in the Ignition Gateway. Upon restoration, the system applied the previous user's credentials (username and password). After logging out, I proceeded to restore my own backup; however, the system is not recognizing either set of credentials and is displaying an error.
