# Need to open up Popup view at a specific Time

I have pulled the table data which contains value as JSON Format for after number of sec a particular view should popup. Here is the example data.

In that P3 is the time interval popup should open in that page. Like 11 sec it should open. This JSON is coming from Named Query.  
In View-A, popup should open. View B is actually popup view.

I don't know where to start this, A small kickstart step would be helpful to attain this. Hope I have explained the thing clearly!
