# Net helpmsg 2186

Hi there,

Does anyone know how I can fix the issue of “NET MSGHELP 2186”? The gateway has been stopped and It does not start.  
I added the Java path in the ignition.CONF file but it didn’t work.

Check the account used to start the service. Is it Local System account or something else?
