I New to MySQL & Ignition. I have my Ignition 8.0.12 installed on a Windows10 64bit platform. I have downloaded the mysql-connector-java-8.0.20 file so that the SQL Driver is UP. However when i tried to make a new database connection with my gateway username and password, i am not able to connect. I am not using the root username, as i am not sure of its password. Do i need to Download the MySQL from Oracle website? Yes, you’ll need to install the actual MySQL DB yourself. ---

I have installed MySQL and configured the same and i have my database connection ready
