# No voice message in voice notification

Hi,  
I have followed all the steps to get the voice notification, still I can’t hear a message when I pick up the phone. Please help, we are bit desperate for time now. Thanks in advance.

From the logs you include seems to be a issue with a possible proxy server in your network ? Could also attach an export of your gateway console logs? Its hard to tell what is causing the issues based on the logs you included.
