# Normal Distribution Chart

If any new charting types will be added I would vote for a Normal Distribution or bell curve plotting chart. I do a lot of weight collection off of scales and stuff and that would be really handy. The box and whisker chart kind of does the same thing but people aren’t used to seeing that (at least where I work).

We do this with cycle times using a standard line graph and a query similar to this one:

`Select Rounded_Takt, Count(Rounded_Takt) as CycleTime
From jk_takt
Where StationID='{[.]StationSelect}'
	and t_stamp>='{[.]Freq_DateTime_Start1}'
	and t_stamp<'{[.]Freq_DateTime_End1}'
	and Rounded_Takt>'6' and Rounded_Takt<'61'
Group by Rounded_Takt`
