I am not able to open a link in Ignition web browser. But that link can be open in Chrome and IE.
Ignition version using is 7.9.9 and web browser module version is 2.8.4 (b2016082324).

When I checked in Help\>\>Diagnostics\>\>Log Viewer found message “Message: Web browser frame failed to load. Error = PROXY\_CONNECTION\_FAILED”.

And the same link I am able to open on another Ignition server using Ignition web browser.

Kindly suggest if anyone knows about it.

Is the local java environment on that PC configured to use a proxy server?

Check in the Java Control Panel: [https://www.java.com/en/download/help/proxy\_setup.xml](https://www.java.com/en/download/help/proxy_setup.xml)
