# Null user information in Perspective

Hello,

Why does it say null and not and not show user information, also how can I fix this?

Hi @sebastian.zanotto -

This is because you are in the designer and the designer does not support Federated Identity Providers but we still want to show you the props which will be available when running in the client context.
