Hi,

We are using Allen Bradley plc. To offload the data in ignition buffer from plc, I just got the same stings multiple times (ex-Machine ready to start) not the correct data . In the ladder program I can see in the monitor tag the data is unload properly into the array of lines. (array of data start with 0 to 39)

What can be the reason of this problem?

Thank you.

There are many possibilities. Please share more details of your setup and your configurations on both sides (PLC & Ignition). **Details.**

There's a whole bunch of (CompactLogix) models that start with that prefix, fyi. But that should be enough.

So you are using IA's native Logix driver? You have tags defined? What pace are you polling these tags? (Tag group rate.) What data is changing that needs to be loaded correctly? How often does it change? What is the response time you need from Ignition? In which direction?

More details, please.

(You can also contact support if you need someone to work directly with you, with screen sharing, perhaps.)
