I have multiple clients running off of this gateway. For some reason, this one client gets logged out and has to re-login every 15 minutes or so but none of the other clients do that. It’s likely not a project properties issue because otherwise all clients would log out, right? What should I look for? ---

It looks like I may be running into a max number of clients issue. What’s the max number of clients on 7.9 Is there a way to change that? When I log in I am sometimes met with a “too many clients running” error. I’ve got 5 clients running ---

The only client limitation that I am aware of in Vision, is a license dependancy. So you I would check into that. I beleive there were 1 client, 5 client, and unlimited licenses. ---

That’s what the option on the IA pricing page allows for selection, but there are many things you can do around licenses that aren’t stated on the website. E.g. buying just 1 report not unlimited reporting.
