# OPC Alarm Notification

Voice notifications not going out on OPC tags. If I create a memory tag it will dial out but not any of the OPC tags. How can I get these tags to dial out correctly?

does your opc tag have good quality?

is notify initial events true or false under general alarm settings on the gateway web page?
