I am using Ignition 7.8.2 and trying to import UDT tags from RSLinx OPC server. I am able to drag the online tags to the Ignition tag folder but all the member tags have data type of Int4. The controller is a Logix5000 Emulator (v.24), and the UDT has members of Bool, DINT, and other UDTs.
I can manually go in and change the data types or export, edit, and import, but this is tedious.
Any thoughts on hwy the data type is not preserved?
