Quality: Bad(“Bad\_DataUnavailable: Expected data is unavailable for the requested time range due to an un-mounted volume.”)

Can anyone shed some light on this error? I am getting this on tags connecting to a third party OPC server.

That kind of message comes from the OPC server, so you’ll need to ask that 3rd party.
