v8.1.47

When I open a popup on a mobile screen, the popup view itself is saved wider than the mobile's viewport and because I've checked `viewportBound` in the openPopup params, the popup container resizes to fit within the view. However the Power Chart in this case clips instead of resizing to the bounds of the popup. If I resize the popup manually in the client, the chart then properly resizes... I'm know I've raised this before, but is there any fix for this?

```python
system.perspective.openPopup(
			id=popup,
			view=popup,
			params={
				'tagPaths': [self.view.custom.tagPath]
			},
			title='Ad-Hoc Trend',
			draggable=True,
			resizable=True,
			viewportBound=True
		)
```

after manually resizing in client:

It's like the auto-resize due to the viewport bounds doesn't trigger an update of the actual content of the popup

It looks like the size of the div isn't being updated to reflect the new width (see it's still 900px here and should be like 350px)

If I change this min-width to be 400 instead of 900, then it updates:

</div>

I fixed it with a media query, but not sure what else I've broken by doing it... yet...

It's a bit crap...

```python
/* touchscreen device media query */
@media (pointer: coarse), (hover: none) {
	.flex-container.responsive-container.ia_container--primary.view:has(div[data-component-path^="P"]) {
		min-width: 300px !important;
	}
}
```
