# Options not showing up on gateway control utility

see the attached picture. Im not sure if this happened after my admin locked down the security on the computer or not. Its been this way for a while but hasnt caused any issues. Can you tell me what could cause this?

Wild guess here: Windows Server, maybe 2008. Try right-click and Run As Administrator.

Also you must be running a 7.1.X version because the GCU doesn’t have that left panel now 🙂
