I’ve been attempting to pass authentication for IP camera live feed to perspective’s video player. The below linked post explains how authentication cannot be passed in the URL in chrome, and passing basic authentication in the headers may be necessary. The topic was discussed but no update has been given to the status of this feature request.

Are basic authentication username and password properties on the roadmap to add to the Perspective Video Player Component? Is there a way to pass basic authentication in the headers that I’m not aware of?
