# Perspective Alarm Journal component

Trying to display "notes" in the alarm journal component. Is there a trick?

I put notes as a columnsAssociated, but it adds notes to every record, not just to those that have them. The notes do appear to be going into the alarm\_event\_data table.

Any advice?
