Hi All,

I’m having issues with the Alarm Journal component in Perspective. The forum has been very helpful, but I am still stuck. I have configured an internal Alarm Journal profile to capture all sources/paths, added an Alarm Journal component to a View, and set _prop.name_ of the component to the internal Alarm Journal profile I created. With this setup I am not seeing anything in the Alarm Journal. I went back and set the 'priority’ to _Low_ in the profile (all of my alarms are at least _High_) and I am still not capturing any alarm updates in the Journal. Is there something I am missing here? As always, any help/info is greatly appreciated. \*_IG version 8.1.32_\*

UPDATE: Was probably user error on my part. I changed the real-time to ‘24hrs’ and all of my alarms popped up in the Table. I’m not sure why the default ‘8hrs’ wasn’t returning anything (I was actively triggering alarms at the time, and there were no entries).
