Hi, I am just wondering if you can sort alarms in the alarm status table so that it goes active unacknowledged, active acknowledged, clear unacknowledged, clear acknowledged. Currently my active acknowledged is coming first. I saw another post in 2021 that asked this and it was said to be impossible at the time but is under development. Is this now possible at all? Thanks in advance. ---

Hi there, I think I found the post from 2021 you're referring to and commented on. This feature is still in the pipeline to be implemented and rolled out. Development has been notified that you are also following up on this feature and it is still in the works. No, we have not added this feature as of 8.1.37. ---

Did this ever get implemented? Is there an existing method to achieve this functionality and that is why it hasn't happened yet? I can't think of how to do it outside of throwing the alarm status table out and just using the table component. Is that the suggested solution? ---

No, the tasks are still awaiting development. If your project requires the rows be displayed with ACTIVE/UNACKED first, followed with then ACTIVE/ACKED, CLEAR/UNACKED, CLEAR/ACKED, then your current option is indeed to roll your own "standard" Table with bindings/transforms of your own engineering. ---

@Cody_Miller @Cole_Townsend and anyone else, noting that there is a solution to this problem. It’s to enable the isActive and isAcked columns with width = 0, then include those columns in the sort order. Under Props → Columns → Active set: isActive - enabled: true - width: 0 - strictWidth: false - sort: descending - order: 10 isAcked - enabled: true - width: 0 - strictWidth: false - sort: ascending - order: 11 Then under activeSortOrder set: - 0: isActive - 1: priority - 2: isAcked - 4: activeTime
