# Perspective page works on android but not iPhone

Hello,  
I am running into few problems when open perspective page with mobile phone.

1. I can open perspective page with a link in android phone browser, but not with iPhone X safari browser (version 13.2.2). error is: “A problem repeatedly occurred on…”
2. With ignition perspective software in iPhone, I am not able to open the perspective page.
