# Perspective Powerchart Aggregation Mode

Is there a way to get the perspective powerchart to draw ‘on change’ datapoints correctly? I frequently have tag values that are constant for a long period, then suddenly change value. I can get the correct behavior in vision if I pick a raw or natural aggregation mode and Digital line type.  
Example of the powerchart incorrectly simply connecting the dots:

Proper behavior, it assumes the value doesn’t change until it sees a new value.

Hi Jasmin, try setting the tag history's Deadband Style to "Discrete" and then, in the Chart Settings, Edit Pens Display Interpolation to "CurveStepAfter". Good luck
