# Perspective Session Log In Issues

Hello, I am having some issues logging into perspective sessions. We have double-checked the login information, and the sessions work for other users, but when I try to log in, it just shows the loading icon shown below. Is this an issue with my computer or something related to the Ignition project?

Can you log in with another account?

Are you sure that your user is in the projects selected user source?

Thank you for the reply, but I spoke with our IT team, and it seems to be an issue with the firewall. They were able to fix the problem for me.
