# Perspective Time Series Chart - timeAxis Time Format

I have my timeRange set to display 24hr time format and I would like my timeAxis to match. I am unable to change the time format of the timeAxis property.  
Also, with the current timeAxis format, on the hour displays 02 PM where the other ticks display the full time including minutes, ie.) 2:05 (but not AM or PM)

Is there any update on the ability to format the time on the Time Series Chart?  
this chart starts at 7am. I would like the tick and time to line up.

I still can't figure out how to do this, as you can see I have set the 24h time on the xTrace and timeRange, but that doesn't update the legend on the chart itself. This is in 8.3.
