# Perspective Views not Editable in Designer

I have one computer with a gateway setup on it. I am trying to run designer on a different computer and edit a perspective screen I can see all the project details, but the screen will not actually open and let me open it.

1. OK. Are you able to connect to that gateway from another computer?

1. Did you download Designer from the gateway (or is it an older version that was already on the client computer)?

1. Do you mean that you can browse the project in the Project Tree?

In Perspective it's a _view_ you're opening.

Update with all the info and we should be able to sort it out.

I was able to figure this issue out by resetting the computer with the gateway.
