Hi all,
I have some entries like the following in my wrapper.log:

 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/inductiveautomation/original/3X/d/8/d8bbbe57df2ea7c1717b741cc69034eecfcbcf17.png)
When that happens, a banner appears on the top of the Perspective session telling the operator that there's _no connection to gatewway_.
Any idea?

I understand there are a bunch of older firewalls out there that chop websockets off after 30 minutes. I recommend you start with your IT group.

Thanks @pturmel, I'll follow your suggestion: this is the first customer, where I experience such a problem and I will contact his IT team.
