# Perspective Workstation open blank

Hi,  
I just still learning this...We had a power outage recently, and when everything came back, we opened all our workstation, but one of them the window open blank. I tested pinging to verify network communication and is good, Logged in to see Perspective Session, but don't see that computer connected. I unnistalled and installed again Perspective workstation, and added again the app desired to open, but still opening blank, however I can open the same project from another workstation computer. This computer have an old explore browser, but was working before.

That means someone opened a newer browser to get to Perspective, but didn't change the default browser. Internet Explorer has never been able to open Perspective.

I installed Edge browser as default, but still opening blank. I'm able to open it using the browser with the correspond http// address, but not with the Workstation.

Workstation uses Chrome under the hood. Is some antivirus or similar tech blocking Chrome? (Consider re-installing workstation.)

I reinstalled the workstation, but still opening blank. We don't have Chrome, all our computer with Workstation uses Microsoft Edge, but I'll verify if there another thing blocking the browser. Thanks

You might want to open a support ticket so IA can look over your shoulder.
