We are currently having an issue with users sharing login information. This makes it so that the auditing isn't that helpful. Is there a way to use either a security PIN or badge number to login in Ignition? The users have a PIN number they use for their time punches on a separate app so if we were able to switch over to logging in with, they would hopefully use their own logins more often. Is there a way to do this without just switching everyone's password to their PIN number?

Hi @markusx1094

No, unfortunately adding a pin to login is not possible however customers do set up Two-Factor Authentication and/or Badge authentication as an additional authentication method to make it easier for operators to login.
