Sounds like a job for the [Integration Toolkit](https://forum.inductiveautomation.com/t/automation-professionals-integration-toolkit-module/74934/42) Module's [leftJoin()](https://www.automation-pros.com/toolkit/doc/datasets.html#leftjoin) expression function.
