# Popup not closing

I am having an issue with a popup not closing after clicking the configured button to close. Anyone have suggestions to check on what may be causing this?

Below is the configuration of the button:

My first guess would be that your Popup Identifier is different in the Close Popup than it is in your Open Popup action. If you copy the Identifier from your Open Popup action to the Close, does that button now close the popup?
